Tiny Rose Blouse From Simplicity 6550


I've made blouses from this pattern before and it's one of my favorites. I decided to make figure 2 this time. I only just had enough fabric.

I used these little plastic flower buttons with rhinestone centers. I'm in love with them.



I also cut the back 5cm wider than the pattern called for so I could make some rows of pintucks. They'll give me some more room to move in the finished blouse.


I cut the collar to the pattern this time.


Here's a better pic of the pintucks on the back top bodice.


I love the sleeveless version of this shirt. It's so fast and finishes very cleanly with a simple facing.


Now..... what to make to wear it with?
